July 5 House has been wrapped, with the roofing and dormer now in place. Framing for the porch roof has also been completed!		July 5 The house also now sports most of its windows. These double-hung windows are energy-efficient and feature craftsman-style panes.

July 7 Sign is installed to announce the house's name and the fact it's a Charity House. Wrapping is added to dormer.		July 7 Smaller sign added to the back of the house, beside the newly wrapped garage. Windows have just been installed on the back of the house.
July 18 A roof is added to the porch framing, and the framework for the porch floor is placed.		July 18 Top trim on the house is painted a crisp white. The dormer will be soon to follow.
July 28 Charity House contractor Ricky Edgerton shows off the latest addition: a beautiful leaded-glass front door (complete with rot-resistent door frame). He also points out the energy-efficient insulation, which attaches without staples and has been foam-sealed to prevent any air seepage.		July 28 The house's convenient central vacuum system is set up.
July 28 An oversize tub has been added to the downstairs master bathroom, along with a full-body steam shower to its left.		July 28 The stairwell is now accessible to our photographer, giving us our first look at the spacious landing, with one more step up to the top floor.
